Chef Michael Magliano
Chef Mike Magliano’s background is formidable and includes working alongside some of the culinary world’s best Michelin starred chefs including such greats as Thomas Keller, Tom Colicchio, and Michael Tusk. Mike was also Executive Chef of the SoHo Clubs and Chef de Cuisine at LA institution Animal restaurant in its prime.
Chef Magliano additionally has a great depth of knowledge and inspiration in the areas of plant-based and functional foods— including cooking with cannabis! He has played a major role in meticulously designing our Pantry products and continues to inspire those around him, daily.
Chef Matthew Stockard
Chef Matthew Stockard is a Los Angeles based chef celebrated for his innovative cajun and creole dishes. Chef Matt began his career in 1998 and has quickly become an authority in the field of cannabis-infused cooking. A true culinary impresario, Matt has managed 5-star restaurants, won several awards and has prepared multi-course meals for top celebrities and professional athletes.
As a consummate cannabis and CBD consultant, Chef Matt has toured with large CBD business expos and conferences. Yet he’s also taught intimate, small group cooking classes.
In the end, for Matt, it’s always about creating exceptional infused meals for people to enjoy whether it's seating for 100 or in your own kitchen.
