Recipe from Guest Chef Jorden Kedem.
Looking for an easy no-cook appetizer that you can make in 10 minutes? This marinated goat cheese can be prepped in advance, allowing you to just grab the jar and go on the BBQ day!
We've chosen goat cheese for this recipe since it is lower in lactose than other cheese, and it is often easier for many people to digest.
You'll notice right away, there is a lot of olive oil in this recipe... The amount of olive oil used in this recipe will vary based on the size of the jar/ingredients you choose, so we recommend dosing the recipe with 2-3 tablespoons of Pantry evoo (12-18 mg THC). By mixing the Pantry EVOO with another high-quality evoo of your choice, you can microdose each serving while still using enough evoo to properly spread the flavors throughout the jar. Once mixed, you shouldn't have to worry about the oils separating, but you can always give the jar one last shake to mix it right before serving.
Serving Size: 1/4th container
Dose per serving: 3mg THC, if consuming the oil in addition to the cheese
