Not a meat-eater? This sauce also works well with your favorite grilled or roasted vegetables!

Cannabis-Infused Chimichurri Recipe

Ingredients

Shallot
Cilantro
Parsley
Garlic
Chile
Oregano
Vinegar
Pantry evoo
Salt

Cooking Tools

Knife
Ramekin or other serving bowl

Directions

  1. Chop cilantro, parsley, shallot garlic and chile
  2. Combine shallot, chile, garlic, vinegar, and 1 tsp. salt in a medium bowl
  3. Stir in cilantro, parsley, and oregano.
  4. Using a fork, whisk in Pantry extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Serve with your favorite grill item or vegetable dish!
